Each of our products comes with a warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase.
What our warranty covers
Gigatent warrants to the person who originally purchased its products that they are free from defects in material and workmanship.
Gigatent shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use of its products (e.g. UV light damage on tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse or improper care.
What we will do for you
If an inspection shows that your product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, Gigatent will repair or replace the product, at their option, without additional cost to you.

For return authorization e-mail Gigantent’s office to david@gigatent.com and obtain an Authorization number. Authorization numbers must be obtained within 30 days after the item was shipped and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Collect shipments or shipments without return authorization will not be accepted. For more information please read our Return Policy.
Repairs & Replacement Parts
What to do if your damage is not covered under the warranty
It can happen that your product suffers damage due to normal wear and tear, an animal attack, accident or other reason that the warranty does not cover. If your product needs such repair or needs to be serviced, Gigatent will gladly perform this service for a reasonable charge plus a shipping and handling fee.
It is required that products handed in for any repair must be properly cleaned according to the manufacturers care instructions.
Please send your product or the component(s) that require(s) repair (e.g. the tent fly), postage prepaid. Kindly include a description of what needs attention.
For your own convenience, you may send your item directly to the manufacturer which will result in a much quicker handling and significantly lower costs for you.
