Not only the size, but also the type of your camping tent is crucial for a great camping trip. Dome tents and tunnel tents are easy to set up and great to travel with, but offer less head space. Cabin tents, on the other hand, allow you to stand up inside and even set up camping furniture. For backpacking, lightweight tents are great.
For a longer vacation, you might also prefer a multi room tent. This allows family members to have their own space, or you can use an extra room to dress, get together or store your things.
