We would like you to be happy with the product you bought. Therefore, we offer you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If you feel that you are not satisfied, you can simply return the item and we will refund you the purchase price. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
All items must be returned unused and in the original package. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the mistake was on our side.
Please contact us prior to returning an item to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without RAN cannot be processed.
